Madeline Marck-Sherk has been working alongside Jay Westerlund since 2021 and is currently a Global Real Estate Advisor and Operations and Marketing Director of the Westerlund Team.
Maddie has been instrumental in propelling the team to become among the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Advisors in the United States by RealTrends Verified 2024. Since joining, Madeline has contributed to Jay Westerlund's remarkable success, which includes over $300 million in sales and more than 300 transactions since 2021, according to SWFLA MLS.
Madeline earned a golf scholarship from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she excelled both athletically and academically. She was captain of the women's golf team and later served as an assistant coach for two years. During this time, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Madeline has always been known for giving 100% of her energy to education, golf, and now her flourishing real estate career. A native of Ontario, Canada, Madeline has been a proud Southwest Florida resident for nine years, currently residing in Spring Run at the Brooks in Estero with her husband, Cody.
